At Gdora, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

✅ Return Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition

    • In the original packaging with tags and invoice

    • Not a custom-made or engraved item (these are non-returnable unless defective)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized items, such as engraved charms or customized bracelets

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size or design changes, subject to stock availability.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item.

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
